COACHING FOR LIFE ABROAD

When you're no longer sure
where you belong.

Moving abroad can change far more than your address. Your relationships, roles, daily life, sense of self-worth, and even the answer to the question: “Who am I now?”

MAYBE THIS FEELS FAMILIAR

You may have two places, yet still not feel fully at home in either.

Poland no longer feels entirely like home.

Abroad, you sometimes still feel like a guest.

You miss your family while life continues without you.

You return to Poland and realize the place you remember no longer exists in quite the same way.

You watch your parents grow older from far away.

You feel that you have become a different person yourself.

You don't know whether to stay, return, or build something new where you are.

You keep wondering where home actually is.

It doesn't necessarily mean leaving was a mistake. Sometimes your point of reference has simply changed.

YOUR POINT OF REFERENCE

Living abroad changes more than the country you live in.

When you live in your own country, many things remain invisible because they are familiar. The language, the people, the rules, the rituals, and the way relationships are built.

After you leave, some of those reference points disappear. You begin to see yourself and your life from a different perspective.

Sometimes you don't only miss the country. You miss the version of yourself you were there.

WHAT WE CAN WORK ON

Four areas that often come up when living abroad.

01

Identity

Who am I after this change? What still feels like mine, and what no longer fits the person I've become?

02

Belonging

Where is my place? What does “home” actually mean when life stretches between two countries?

03

Relationships

What happens to family, partnership, old friendships, and new relationships after moving abroad?

04

Direction

Should I stay, go back, or build something new here? What do I really want from the next stage of my life?

HOW I WORK

See it first. Then act.

We don't begin with ready-made answers. First, we look carefully at what is actually happening in your situation.

01

See

What is actually happening right now?

02

Understand

What is behind your reactions, decisions, and tension?

03

Choose

What do you really want?

04

Move

What next step can you take consciously and in your own way?

WHY THIS TOPIC IS PERSONAL TO ME

I don't know life abroad only from theory.

A few years ago, I moved from Poland to the United States myself. Despite my psychology background and years of experience working with people, living abroad surprised me more than I expected.

It changed not only my surroundings, but also the way I think about myself, relationships, motherhood, and the feeling of having a place of my own.

Today, I combine that personal experience with coaching and the many years I spent working professionally with people in Poland.

YOU DON'T NEED TO HAVE THE ANSWER YET

We can begin with one question:
where are you now?

And then look at what you need in order to move forward.
